The treatment effect before spraying is poor, the process conditions are out of control, the voltage is too high or too low, the curing temperature is too low or too high, improper operation: the position or direction of the spray gun is incorrect, and the powder feeding rate is low. Adjust the orientation of the spray gun so that the powder cloud is sprayed directly on the recessed area of the workpiece. If the spray distance is too close, a violent back ionization phenomenon will occur, which will lead to electrostatic breakdown, cause the powder to extinguish and spark, or cause poor texture or metal flashing effect;
3. Poor quality of powder coating. This will be affected by various factors, such as unqualified raw materials, which will cause various defects in the coating. Unreasonable formula design and imperfect formula design will reduce the performance of powder coatings and affect the performance of coatings. Irregular production process, poor recycling powder, powder mixing, poor material storage, and unsound quality inspection system are all reasons that lead to poor powder coating quality.
